PREMIER Division leaders went goal crazy as they battered YMCA United 12-1.

Dom Howard scored five, Matt Bacon helped himself to four and Jon Bain, Aly Drury and Nick Humphreys were all on the scoresheet for the table-toppers, while Liam Harris was on target for the home side.

Tilehurst Albion closed the gap on the pace-setters as they thumped Wycliffe Wanderers 8-2. Harvey Owen and Luca Albanese each scored a hat-trick, while Joel Penson and Charlie Baines were also on target for Albion as they stayed two points adrift of Barkham at the top of the table.

Rob Holmes and an Olly Williams penalty were not enough for Wycliffe, who are still chasing their first win of the season.

Third-placed Greyfriars are three points off top spot after they beat Brookside St Laurence 2-1.

Sam Carlisle was on the scoresheet for the visitors, but goals from Matthew Bradbrook and Jack Stanton proved to be the difference between the two sides as Greyfriars made it back-to-back wins.

Goals from Matt Bullock and Jon McCann proved to be enough for fifth-placed YMCA Newbury as they narrowly defeated the team one place above them, Bethel United 2-1.

Norreys made it back-to-back wins as they beat Reading Saints 3-2.

Despite a brace from Reading Saints’ Dan Hare, Norreys fought back to win thanks to goals from Adam Toft, Luke Wheeler and Matt Loxton.
