LOXWOOD were left to rue a disastrous first-half display as they crashed to a 4-2 home defeat against Henley Town in Division One, writes Richard Ashton.

Daniel York bagged a brace and there were also goals for Tom Chaplin and George Carder as the visitors surged into a 4-0 lead at the break, and second-half strikes from Michael Flatman and substitute Mitchell Dowson proved too little, too late, for Loxwood.

In Division Three, a brilliant hat-trick from Sam Hutt put Theale on their way to a 6-3 victory at Kings United.

James Bishop, Chris Lee and Jamie Clark were also on target for the away side – who led 5-1 at half-time – with Jake Rapley grabbing a double and replacement Callum Jay also on the scoresheet for United.
