The match will be live on BBC One and will kick-off at 5.20pm.
Reading will receive approximately 31,500 tickets for the game, costing between £33 and £63.
Full details for ticket sales will be announced later this week and are likely to go on sale on Monday, March 23.
The game will clash with Manchester United's visit to Chelsea, scheduled for the same time live on Sky Sports.
As a result of the FA Cup semi final, Reading's Championship home fixture against Birmingham City has been pushed back to Wednesday, April 22 (8pm).
Reading's trip to Rotherham United has also been rescheduled for Tuesday, April 28 (7.45pm ko).
