DRIVERS are being warned of potential delays ahead of vital improvement works.
Wokingham Borough Council will be carrying out planned works on Beeston Way in Lower Earley from January 15 to February 9.
The scheme consists of the construction of pedestrian crossing facilities, with part road closures and diversion routes in place.
Working hours will be 9.30am to 4pm and motorists are advised that Beeston Way will be partly closed from the junction of Lower Earley Way to Cutbush Lane.
Councillor Pauline Jorgensen said: "We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
"Should you have any queries or require any additional information please do not hesitate to contact me."
The road will be reopened every afternoon and during weekends, although there will be limited access for vehicles during operational hours.
