The Town’s Sikh community turned out in force to mark one of the most important dates in their calendar.
The Vaisakhi parade saw hundreds follow a procession through east Reading on Sunday, March 30.
Parading round a circuit starting from Cumberland Road.
The wider community of all faiths was invited to watch as the colourful spectacular marked the birth of the Khalsa brotherhood.
Guests could enjoy free vegetarian food as the festival procession marched from the Gurdwara with the Guru carried on a float before the crowds.
