A 307-acre riverside estate has been put up for sale for more than £10 million.
Springs Farm, in Westbury Lane, Purley on Thames, Reading, is on the market for £10,150,000.
Savills Rural Agency is marketing the estate and said it "Approx. 307.72-acre riverside estate with direct frontage to the River Thames" and "Comprehensive equestrian facilities with stables, arena and paddocks."
The estate, which has been split into three lots, has a Grade II listed farmhouse, which was built in the mid-18th century and has a wine cellar, indoor swimming pool, changing rooms, and a gymnasium complex.
There is also a barn and dovecote, which is used as a study and a guest wing with three bedrooms.
A single-storey staff annexe is linked to the main kitchen and houses a commercial kitchen, larder and storage space, laundry room, living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom.
A separate garage building can store six cars, and is accessible from the courtyard.
The granary, which has historically been used as a summer house, is also located in the courtyard.
The estate also has two cottages and a bungalow.
The stables, located south-west of the main house, form an open courtyard with a central water feature.
The stables have 11 loose boxes, offices, tack rooms, and feed stores, with five staff flats on the first floor.
There is also a 60m x 25m outdoor school, lunge pen, and paddocks.
The second lot is Westbury Farm, which is currently uninhabited and in need of refurbishment.
The Grade II listed farmhouse was built in the 17th century and has two living rooms, a large open-plan kitchen/dining room, and bedrooms on the first and second floors.
Westbury Barn, which is Grade II listed, was renovated recently and has planning permission to be used as ancillary accommodation for the farmhouse.
The barn is currently used as a study and billiards room.
There is also a guest cottage with three bedrooms and a sitting room, and a three-bay garage, which is currently used as an entertainment space.
The remaining land on the estate consists of pastures, paddocks, and lakes, which drain through various channels to the river.
Savills Rural Agency said the estate has great transport links, with Westbury Lane leading directly onto the A329, allowing for convenient access to the M4, Central London, and the wider motorway network.
Tilehurst railway station is also nearby, which has a five-minute service to Reading.
The estate is being marketed by Savills Rural Agency, London.
