PETROL prices in the UK are at their highest this year following the ongoing conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran.
The average price of petrol in Reading this week is currently 175.2p a litre, with prices across local stations generally ranging from 166.9p to 196.9p per litre.
The average price of a litre of unleaded petrol in the UK is approximately 168.8p to 172.6p this week, following recent increases driven by rising global oil costs.
Shipping is being disrupted amid continued fighting, with Iran having launched missile and drone attacks against Israel and other countries in the region during the conflict.
