The best and worst GP surgeries in Reading to get through over the phone have been revealed in the results of a national survey.

Results of the NHS GP Patient Survey 2026 have been revealed after patients were asked to fill in questionnaires about their experiences.

The survey measures how surgeries are rated across a range of topics, including how easy it is to get through on the phone, making an appointment, access to online services and overall satisfaction.
