Police are appealing for witnesses after a man flashed himself at a woman in Newbury.
The incident occurred between 3.30 pm and 4 pm on Wednesday September 18, on the towpath opposite The Swan Pub in London Road.
A man exposed himself to a woman in her twenties, before running away towards Hambridge Road traffic lights.
A 42-year-old man from Newbury has been arrested on suspicion of exposure and has been released on bail.
Investigating officer, PC Lily Turner, based at Newbury police station, said: “I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident or has footage to please come forward.
“Additionally if anyone was driving in that area and has dash cam footage, please get in touch.
“Anyone with information can call 101 or report online, quoting reference 43240449673.”
