A man in his thirties sustained facial injuries after being attacked during a robbery in Reading.
The incident occurred at around 9pm on Wednesday, September 18 in Silver Street.
Two men, wearing dark clothing and one with a blue hat, pushed their victim to the ground before stealing his phone.
Following the robbery, they ran off in the direction of London Road.
The injuries required hospital treatment and the man has since been discharged.
Investigating officer PC Katherine Darling of the Reading Priority Crime Team said: “I am appealing to anybody who was in the area of Silver Street or London Road, Reading, on Wednesday and believes they witnessed this incident, to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.
“I would also ask people to check their dash-cams, CCTV and doorbell footage, and contact us if it has captured anything that can assist this investigation.”
