Retail giant Primark has revealed it will expand its Click & Collect service to a further 54 stores in the UK before the end of 2024.

One of the stores that will benefit from the expansion is our very own store in central Reading - Primark on Broad Street. 

The click & collect service offers customers the opportunity to browse through fashion, homeware, and other items on Primark's website and instead of delivering straight to their door they can pick up their parcels in-store. 

So how does it work? Start off by browsing their extensive women’s, men’s, kids’, baby, and home Click and Collect product offerings on their website and add the items you wish to buy to your virtual basket.

You can browse the ranges and checkout online, choose your preferred collection day for free, and then collect from a dedicated collection point at your nominated store.

As soon as your order is ready to collect, you’ll be notified via email and text message, and you can make your way to your chosen store for collection.

Make your way to the signposted collection point where one of their friendly customer assistants will hand over your Click and Collect order and checkout any extra items you wish to buy.

Primark's Click and Collect service offers you the chance to shop an extensive range of women’s, men’s, kids’, baby and home products that won’t be available in-store.

Including menswear wardrobe staples, character favourites, nursery furniture and much more.

If you find something you’d like that’s not available to Click and Collect you can use their stock checker tool to see if it’s available to buy in your chosen store when you pick up your order and add it to your virtual shopping list.

Click and Collect is free of charge with a minimum order value of £10. Simply pay for your order online and collect it from our designated collection points in store.

Should you find extra bits you need in store when you visit, you’ll be able to pay for it at the same checkout when you collect your order.

If you have changed your mind after you try on the items or decided you simply don't like them, returning them is very simple. 

Primark is happy to refund or exchange any item within 28 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in a saleable condition with an original receipt.
