A well-known fish and chip shop has reopened its doors following its sudden closure at the beginning of the year.
Finn’s, located on Hatherley Road in East Reading, is a local restaurant and takeaway specialising in traditional fish and chips.
To the shock of loyal customers, owners announced in January that it would be closing its doors following a decade of service.
According to a post on Finn’s social media, the popular fish and chip shop will be reopening on Wednesday, September 11 at 12pm.
The post said: “We are thrilled to announce that Finns is back in business and ready to serve you again! The new management team are extremely excited to open on Wednesday 11th September at 12:00.
“So now it’s up to you to answer the most important question, Curry sauce, Mushy peas or Gravy?”
Customers have responded voicing their excitement at the reopening.
The fish and chip shop is known for their Gluten Free Tuesday, which is popular with locals.
