A man has been handed a community order over a violent incident at a Reading kebab shop.
Mariusz Muszyknski, 28, of Catherine Street, Reading, assaulted a man and damaged a glass door and sneeze guard inside the Moon's Grill kebab shop.
He faced an additional criminal damage charge over his interference with food and drink at the shop.
The incident took place on April 23, 2023.
Muszyknski appeared before Reading Magistrates' Court on April 23.
There, he was handed a community order.
He must also pay £1,700 in compensation, £85 in court costs and a £114 victim surcharge.
