Update: Police are no longer appealing for information
A young boy has been touched inappropriately while on a bus in West Berkshire.
On Monday, March 11, a boy over the age of 10, was touched inappropriately over his clothing by a man, as they were travelling on the same bus from Theale to Thatcham.
Thames Valley Police is now releasing a CCTV image of a man who may have vital information in connection with the sexual assault.
Investigating officer PC Kelly Herd, based at Newbury police station, said: “We are releasing a CCTV image of a man as we believe he may have vital information in connection with this incident.
“If you recognise the man pictured or this is you we would ask you to please get in touch with us via our website form or by calling 101, quoting reference 43240114243.”
