Twyford Drama Group are getting ready for its next performance after record sales of its January Panto.

The group have announced that its next show will be 'The Mr Misty Mystery', a light-hearted mystery set to take the stage at Loddon Hall.

The group have already launched themselves into rehearsals

'The Mr. Misty Mystery' is by Martin Clare, with an arrangement by Lazy Bee Scripts.

It is set to be humorous and suspenseful.

A spokesperson for Twyford Drama said: "It is a full-length play set in the living room of a cheap flat in contemporary England.

"Will Jess allow her principles to be compromised when her flatmate Abbey requests her assistance with a devious scheme to solve their money problems? Can their hare-brained plan really succeed? This hilarious tale of subterfuge and revenge will test your detective skills and leave you guessing to the end as the plot becomes increasingly complex."

The director Jocelyn Robinson is not a stranger to stage direction.

Jocelyn directed Twyford Drama's Terry Pratchett plays 'Wyrd Sister' in 2009 and 'Mort' in 2017, and was also Assistant Director for their production of 'The  Merchant of Venice' in 2017.

Tickets are now on sale for performances at 8.00pm on May 9 to 11 and are priced at £10 and £12.
