A police scene watch is in place at a pub in Reading town centre following an incident that occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Thames Valley Police were initially spotted following the incident when the area outside Walkabout pub was cordoned off.
The unmarked police car and cordon remain in place as investigations take place.
According to local shops, the police presence disrupted local businesses yesterday morning (11/2) when they arrived to a heavy police presence surrounding the bar.
The Chronicle witnessed an unmarked police car and three officers in place outside the bar on Wiston Terrace.
A cordon was placed across the gate in the alleyway and barriers are still in place at the entrance to Wiston Terrace.
Thames Valley Police have been contacted for comment.
