Three men have been cleared of scamming pensioners - including Kintbury residents - out of thousands of pounds.
On February 2, a jury at Reading Crown Court found Shaun Gill, Jack Lawrenson and Ian Fredson not guilty on numerous counts of fraud by false representation.
Shaun Gill, of Bryn Street in Widnes, was cleared of four charges, while Jack Lawrenson, age 34, of Burrard Road in Runcorn, was cleared of three.
Ian Fredson, 48, of Lady Richfield Close in Runcorn, was found not guilty on two counts.
West Berkshire Council prosecuted the three men, alleging they had sold a number of solar panel owners products and services they did not need.
All denied the charges, and they have now been cleared of any wrongdoing.
