Commuters are sat bumper to bumper after a burst water main is cordoned off on Reading Road.
A section of this road has been closed off as large puddles of water are seen flowing across the left-hand side lane.
Traffic is piled up on the right-hand lane as traffic management is put in place.
Reading Buses have said that this will affect the Rifle Volunteer Bus stop towards Reading until January 25.
Reading Buses commented: “The inward Rifle Volunteer bus stop on Reading Road will be out of use from Monday 22 January until Thursday 25 January 2024
“This is due to works by Southeast Water.
“Customers are advised to use Simons Lane bus stop instead.”
