A police investigation is underway after a man was held at knifepoint at a petrol station in Reading.
The alleged altercation occurred on Saturday, December 2 at 3:30 pm on the forecourt of Sainsbury’s Petrol Station on Bath Road, Calcot.
Thames Valley Police were informed that a man in a black car confronted another man with a knife at the paying kiosk.
The suspected offender was described as a black man, wearing a red jacket with short Afro-style hair shaved at the back and the sides, and aged between 20 and 30 years old.
A spokesperson from Thames Valley Police said: “Anybody who witnessed the incident but have not spoken to police is urged to contact us on 101, quoting reference number 43230541686.”
Nobody was injured in the incident.
