GARY COX, 59, of Portmeiron Gardens, Tilehurst, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Reading on April 30 with 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months, reduced by 14 weeks, and fined £500. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.

SORIN ABABEI, 24, of Pinner View, Harrow, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Crowthorne on May 1 with 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as driving without third-party insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks, and fined £600. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £240.

MATTHEW MITCHELL, 39, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to harassment without violence between May 15 and May 17 in Lower Earley, Reading. He was fined £80 and there were no other orders for costs.

KEVIN WILSON, 46, of Lock Place, Reading, was found guilty of driving while disqualified in Reading on May 27, 2022 as well as failing to surrender to court/police bail on December 23. He was given a community order to complete 18 months of placement treatment, 35 days of rehabilitation activity and 80 hours of unpaid work. There are also court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £114.

PHILLIP RAMPTON, 51, of Redshank Court, Thatcham, was found guilty of assault by beating in Thatcham on August 28, 2022 as well as using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 120 days as well as complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and 150 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £200 in compensation, court costs £775 and a victim surcharge of £114.

LEE WILTSHIRE, 40, of Nuthhurst, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Bracknell on November 13, 2022. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £500. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.

JOSEPH MAUGHLIN, 19, of The Beeches, Woodley, pleaded guilty to assault by beating on December 28, 2022 as well as the theft of various items from Co-Op to an unknown amount in Bracknell on the same day and failing to surrender to court/police bail on April 13, 2023. He was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He will also need to complete 35 days of rehabilitation activity.

TSHEPO MOKOENA, 41, of Belmont Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to drink driving on February 14 this year with 50 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months, reduced by 14 weeks, and fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.
