AMIE BORUCINSKI, 36, of Deepdale, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to damaging a Ford Ranger to the value of £2,183.85 in Bracknell on July 21, 2022. He was fined £250. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £100.

MALCOLM TURNER, 48, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault in Wokingham on November 11, 2022. He was given a community order to complete 25 days of rehabilitation activity and 180 hours of unpaid work. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

EMMANUEL OTENG, 33, of Aysgarth, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and a licence in Newbury on December 4, 2022. He was fined £553 and his driving record was endorsed with six penalty points. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £222.

EDWARD WARD, 18, of Railway Terrace, Slough, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicle taking on March 2, 2022 in Chatham, theft of cash to the value of £100 from a motor vehicle on the same day, and driving a motor vehicle dangerously on Dartford Road, Medway on the same day. He was given a youth rehabilitation order with intensive supervision and surveillance. He was made subject to curfew and monitoring, disqualified from driving for 18 months, and ordered to pay £150 in compensation. There were no orders for costs.

CHESLYN NYS, 27, of Blewburton Walk, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Reading on May 1 with 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as driving without third-party insurance and without a licence. She was disqualified from driving for 22 months, reduced by 22 weeks, and fined £180. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £72.

CHRIS METCALFE, 44, of Beechmont Gardens, Southend-on-Sea, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Reading on December 29, 2022 with 59 micrograms of drug per litre. He was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £500. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.

SCOTT BASS, 20, of Kennedy Meadow, Hungerford, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Hungerford on November 11, 2022 with 104 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £80. There were also court costs of £50 and a victim surcharge of £34.

ROGER HAM, 57, of Sundew Close, Wokingham, pleaded guilty to driving while unfit through drink on May 18 as well as drink-driving with 102 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath and failing to stop when required to do so by a constable. He was disqualified from driving for 48 months, reduced by 48 weeks, and fined £2,884. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £1,154.

MICHAEL EVA, 50, of Crown Street, Reading, pleaded guilty to stealing £726 worth of alcohol from Asda in Lower Earley, Reading on April 28. He was given a community order to complete nine months of placement treatment and 12 days of rehabilitation activity. There was also a victim surcharge of £114.
