Two ambulances, two medic cars and several police vehicles could been seen in the area as well as people wearing orange forensic suits.

Speaking during the incident, a spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: "The eastbound carriageway of Vastern Road in Reading town centre is currently closed following a single vehicle collision.
"The carriageway will remain closed for the next hour or so while we deal with the collision so please avoid the area. Sorry for any inconvenience caused."
The force confirmed there was only one victim with serious injuries but it is not thought to be life-threatening.
