A DRIVER has been fined after being caught speeding 16 miles over the limit.
Keri Robinson, of Barton Copse, Chieveley, Newbury, was caught on May 3 this year speeding in Putney.
The 40-year-old was caught on the A306 road driving 46mph in a 30mph speed limit zone.

She was caught on a RedSpeed SpeedCurb.
At Willesden Magistrates Court on November 8, she pleaded guilty and was fined £261.
She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £104 and court costs of £100.
Her driving record was also endorsed with five penalty points.
The total amount to pay is £465 by the start of December.
