An award-winning pet shop giant is set to open its final branch in Reading this month.
On November 24, manager Emily Palethorpe and her team of 12 will welcome customers to Jollyes - The Pet People, to be located at Reading Gateway on Imperial Way.
The flagship store features a Raw Food shop-in shop, Jolly Groomer, and a Community Pet Clinic.
The team in Reading posted a Facebook post on Jollyes social media offering customers a sneak peek into the store.
They said: “Look at how our new Reading store is coming along! We're working hard to get everything just right for our opening day and we hope you like how it looks!
“Planning to come and say hello? Tell us in the comments who you're buying for with a picture and some information about your lovely pets. We can't wait to meet all of you.”
Alongside Reading, the pet shop giant will be opening its Hull flagship store on November 24.
Together with the opening of its 97th and 98th stores, The Pet People bagged three awards and nominations in a ceremony at Chesford Grange in Warwick.
They were named Pet Retail Chain of the Year by the Pet Industry Federation after a year of growth and then shortlisted for best retailer under £250m and the speciality retailer of the year in the Retail Week Awards.
