The following cases were heard at Reading or Slough Magistrates’ Courts.

ROBERT BARKOCI, 59, of Alpine Street, Reading, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Reading on April 26 with 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months, reduced by 22 weeks, and fined £450. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £180.
TOMASZ JURKIEWICZ, 42, of Shaftesbury Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Waverley Road, Reading on April 26 last year with 115 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for three years and was given a community order to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and 10 rehabilitation activity days. There were also court costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £114.
JAMIES JONES, 32, of Burbidge Close, Calcot, Reading, pleaded guilty to stealing four bottles of alcohol to the value of £121 from Waitrose in Thatcham on April 14 this year. He was fined £40. There were also court costs of £85.
DANIEL MUTU, 30, of Eversley Road, Arborfield Cross, Reading, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wokingham on April 27 with 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as driving without a licence. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks and fined £500. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.
MICHAEL RUAN, 44, of Newport Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to damaging a window to the value of £591.77 belonging to Housing Solutions in Slough on July 4 last year. He was ordered to pay £100 in compensation. There was no order for costs.
RYAN MURPHY, 22, of Mount Road, Thatcham, pleaded guilty to stealing a Lucozade from Costcutter in Thatcham on September 21 as well as two counts of racially aggravated harassment on September 22 and October 22. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 20 months. There were no orders for costs.
LOUIS JACOBS, 32, of Rosemary Avenue, Sheerness, Kent, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicle taking on November 22 last year in East Garson as well as driving without third-party insurance and driving without a licence. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £100.
JACQUELINE PHEASANT, 54, of Finchampstead Road, Wokingham, pleaded guilty to drug driving on February 4 this year in Hampshire. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.
STUART TANNER, 31, of Ambassador, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Bracknell on August 21 last year. He was fined £466 and had five penalty points added to his driving record. There were also court costs of £500 and a victim surcharge of £186.
JASDEEP DHALIWAL, 28, of Marlborough Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to drug driving on November 11 last year in Windsor. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £1,000. There were also court costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £400.
