The following cases were heard at Reading or Slough Magistrates’ Courts

KEVAL DHILLON, 41, of Parkside Walk, Slough, indicated guilty to possession of a Class A drug in Slough on November 8, namely two small wraps of cocaine. He also pleaded guilty to, on the same day, drug driving, driving while disqualified and driving without third-party insurance. He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court/police bail on April 3 this year. He was jailed for 16 weeks and disqualified from driving for 42 months. There was also an order for the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

BRENDAN HOWARD, 30, of Prospect Road, Alresford, Hampshire, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order between October 1, 2022, and November 12, 2022, in Bracknell by directly messaging someone he was prohibited from contacting. He was given a community order to complete 150 hours of unpaid work. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

DABINDER KHANGURA, 53, of London Road, Woodley, pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage. The first being on December 4, 2021, in Earley he damaged a driveway to an unknown value. On December 15, 2021, in Earley he damaged a vehicle to an unknown vehicle. He was fined £450. There was also a victim surcharge of £45.

KALLUM HATTAM, 25, of Grovelands Close, Winnersh, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Bracknell on December 29 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and he was fined £461. There was also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £184.

FABIO RODRIGUES, 56, of Charters Lane, Ascot, pleaded guilty to drink driving on September 24 last year in Frimley with 108 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £200. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.

LYDIA STANIC, 20, of Stratfield Road, Colnbrook, Slough, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer on February 27 in Slough as well as possession of a Class drug, namely tapentadol. Her time in detention was deemed time served. An order was also made for the tapentadol to be forfeited and destroyed. There were no order for costs.

SCOTT CLARKE, 31, of Faraday Close, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing two rolls of smoke wire to the value of £2,000 from Bellway Construction on March 7 this year in Slough. He received a community order to complete 120 hours of unpaid work. There was also a victim surcharge of £114.

JORDAN PARKER, 22, of Mansion Lane, Iver, pleaded guilty to stealing two rolls of smoke wire to the value of £2,000 from Bellway Construction on March 7 this year in Slough. He was given a community order to complete 60 hours of unpaid work. There was also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

BLAKE RICHARDSON, 23, of Woodthorpe Road, Ashford, Surrey, was found guilty of harassment on January 28 this year by sending Facebook friend requests, along with messages, to someone he was prohibited from contacting. He was jailed for 18 weeks. There was no order for costs.
