Colourful canines and their owners were out in mass last weekend (24/9) as Reading's annual charity dog show took place.
Located in Caversham Court Gardens, this event brings families together for a relaxed, fun show open to all dogs and their owners to enjoy time together.
The Canine Capers dog show is organised by The Ways and Means Trust and took place this year from 12pm on Saturday, September 24.
Categories on the day included Most Handsome Male, Prettiest Chick, Waggiest Tag, Best Trick or Paw Shake, Best Rescue Dog, Perkiest pup, Golden Oldie and Musical Sit.
The winner from each class was entered into the final ‘Best in Show’ round.
Owners were told that ‘win or lose, remember to praise your dog because they will, no doubt, have given their best’.
