DANIEL BATEMAN, 39, of Bradfields, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to stealing 16 cans of cocktail mixers and a can of red bull to the value of £44 from BP in Bagshot Road on August 4 last year. He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to police/court bail on November 30 last year. He was jailed for 22 weeks due to the defendant's ‘flagrant disregard for court orders, aggravated by previous convictions’.

STACEY FAY, 38, of Kennet Walk, Reading, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Benson on February 26 last year with namely 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 36 months, reduced by 36 weeks, and fined £200. There was also a £34 victim surcharge.

CHELSEA KARCHESKI, 27, of Manston Drive, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage after destroying the window of a police car in Bracknell on February 13 this year. She also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable on February 14 this year. She was fined £450 in total. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £180.

OMAR ALI, 25, of Saunders Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle on March 8 at Palmers Park Sports Stadium in Reading with namely 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £300 and 10 penalty points were added to his driving record. There was also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £120.

MOHAMMAD HAMARASHID, 21, of Cromer Road, Bournemouth, pleaded guilty to drink driving on March 9 this year in Reading with namely 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and driving without third party insurance. He was fined £420 altogether and 10 penalty points were added to his driving record. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 months, reduced by 14 weeks. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

JORDAN BROOKER, 22, of Hemdean Road, Caversham, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress on March 10 this year. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay court costs of £85.

STEVEN HOWELL, 38, of Wenlock Way, Thatcham, pleaded guilty to drink driving on March 16 this year in Wordsworth Road with namely 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months, reduced by 22 weeks, and fined £500. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.

ROBERT MITCHELL, 59, of Priors Road, Tadley, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving on Paril 22 in Brimpton as well as one count of driving without due care and attention on the same day in Brimpton Road. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and was ordered to complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity. There was also a fine of £200 and a victim surcharge of £114.
