Update: Jack has been found safe and well.
POLICE are concerned about a 16-year-old boy from Reading who has been missing for a week.
Jack was last seen in the Caversham area of Reading on Friday (August 25).
He is described as 'a white male, 6ft 2inches tall, of slim build and has brown hair'.
Jack was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black trousers with a blue graffiti pattern and black trainers with a white sole.

Inspector Sarah-Jayne Beedall, based at Reading police station, said: “We’re growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Jack, who hasn’t been seen since Friday.
“I am appealing to anybody who knows of his whereabouts to please report this to us via our dedicated missing persons’ portal, quoting reference 43230386602.
“If you see him, please contact the force on 999.”
