Tom Jones and Olly Murs have announced that they will be performing as headline acts at Newbury Racecourse this Summer.

On Saturday, July 22 Sir Tom Jones will make an appearance at Weatherbys Super Sprint Day following a day of racing at the Berkshire venue. Fans have been snapping up the tickets to witness the iconic musician perform, with only a limited number available for the event.

Currently on a summer tour visiting some of the country’s most iconic outdoor venues, including Hampton Court Palace and Greenwich Naval College, Sir Tom’s powerful live show has been garnering rave reviews across the board.

He will be showcasing tracks from his glittering career such as ‘Sex Bomb’, ‘What’s New Pussycat’ and ‘It’s Not Unusual'.

Sir Tom’s headline show marks the first of a duo of live concerts heading to Newbury Racecourse this summer.

Pop superstar and crowd favourite Olly Murs has said that he is raring to return to the racecourse to entertain fans attending the BetVictor Hungerford Day on Saturday 19th August.

Speaking ahead of the August show, Olly Murs said: “Honestly, I genuinely tell so many people who haven't been to a music night at a racecourse before that they have to go and do it. It's a lovely day out with friends and family - you get to watch racing, enjoy some good food and drink and then you get to watch an act at the end of it. It's just brilliant fun!’
