A READING pub is on the market after a £100k renovation installed a swimming pool and poolside bar.
The Jolly Anglers, a riverside pub on the Kennet River, is on the market after having a major renovation last year.
The pub is on the market, in a leasehold agreement, for £94,995.
According to BusinessesForSale.com, the pub benefits from a newly refurbished open plan sports bar, a pool table and commercial kitchen.
The property, which has indoor and outdoor seating, also has a "phenomenal" entertainment area with swimming pool, bar, jacuzzi, sauna and pizza oven.
At the end of last year the current owners were granted permission to keep the garden open until 11pm each night.
Many people objected this idea as Rebecca Moon, senior environmental health officer, argued that the pub would "turn into a nightclub".
The owners were permitted to stay open until 11pm, providing no amplified live or recorded music can be played there after 9pm.
Businesses For Sale added: "We consider this a superb opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic operator with renewed enthusiasm to take the business to the next level taking advantage of both the very ideal location and reputation."
