The following cases were heard at Reading or Slough Magistrates’ Courts

January 30:

MOHAMMED VASSEY RAZA, 19, of Alpine Close, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to drug driving and driving without insurance on October 4 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £240. There was also a £85 court fee.

MATTHEW HARGREAVES, 33, of Station Parade, Station Hill, Cookham, pleaded guilty to drug driving on November 4 last year in Maidenhead. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £200. There was also an £85 court cost and an £80 victim surcharge.

LIAM KING, 31, of Long Readings Lane, Slough, pleaded guilty to drug driving on August 24 last year in Burnham. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £50.

DARREN FRATER, 37, of Gardener Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour on December 28, 2021. He was given 15 days of rehabilitation activity and fined £80. There was also £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £95.

STEVEN BROOKS, 48, of Silsden Crescrent, Chalfont St Peter, Wexham, pleaded guilty to drink driving with namely 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on November 7 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and ordered to complete 70 hours of unpaid work. There was also an £85 court cost and a victim surcharge of £114.

KRZYSZTOF ORZECHOWSKI, 29, of Cippenham Lane, Slough, pleaded guilty to damaging a window and assaulting another person on November 8 last year. He was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and to abstain from alcohol for 90 days. There was also an £85 court cost and a victim surcharge of £114.
