The developer’s planning agents Barton Wilmore argued the new building will create “a modern, efficient and market facing” office building with high sustainability credentials.

Bennet Court is currently occupied by The Cowshed charity, workspace designers Aura, Press to Print Reading and computer consultant Black Box.

It would result in a significant decrease in parking, down from 148 spaces to 43, with three being disabled accessible and four with electric charging capabilities.
