Reading postcodes without power - when to expect it to return (Image: Stock)
Thirteen Reading homes have been left without power.
According to Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks, a power outage was reported at 2:40pm today (January 2, 2023).
Affected postcodes include RG7 1EP and RG7 1ET.
An engineer is currently on site with the aim of getting power back by 9pm tonight.
The power supplier said: "We're sorry for the loss of supply.
"We currently have a fault affecting the areas listed.
"Our engineers are on site working hard to get the power back on as quickly as they can."
