Representatives from all Birmingham-based clubs attended the scene to lay tributes, and all have arranged ways of remembering the victims.
Blues' players and First Team staff will also wear black armbands for the matchday's duration.
A period of silence, starting and ending on the sound of the referee's whistle, will take place before the 8pm kick-off at St Andrew's.
The Baggies, who play Rotherham United on Saturday, will hold a minute's applause for the fourth minute.
