Reading's Championship rivals Wigan Athletic have sacked boss Leam Richardson just two weeks after he signed a new three-year contract.
The Latics are on a poor run, losing eight of their last 10 matches, sitting second bottom in the table.

The 42-year-old took over in 2020 and led the club to the League One title last season and had recently just penned a new contract.
This comes the same day as Luton Town confirmed the departure of long-term manager Nathan Jones, who joins Premier League Southampton.

Nathan Jones has been appointed Men’s First Team Manager, signing a contract until 2026:
Reading were unbeaten against Wigan and Luton this season under Richardson and Jones, beating the Lancashire outfit 1-0 in September and drawing with the Hatters 0-0 last week.
Becoming the 10th and 11th managers to leave this season- almost half the division- Royals boss Paul Ince has moved up to eighth in the longest-serving managers in the league.
Having originally joined as interim in February, he signed a permanent deal over the summer.
