Zoopla Research has saved you a job by listing the most expensive postcodes in the city in October 2022.

The researchers have outlined the priciest postcodes, breaking them down by the median asking price for each.

Data showed that the RG4 postcode, which covers Caversham and Tokers Green, has the highest asking price with a price tag of £674,700.
