Reading fans enjoyed a successful trip north to Wigan on Saturday, beating the Latics 1-0 with a second-half Tom Ince free-kick.
Only the second away win of the season, and the first win in the North, the 300+ travelling Royals were rewarded for their efforts.

It was not just supporters who enjoyed themselves, with footage doing the rounds on social media of owner Mr Dai having a good time in Lancashire.
Not one to usually travel to away matches, the Chinese owner was at two home matches last month on a trip from his homeland.

In charge since 2017, he had come in for some criticism in recent years as he is yet to speak publicly on the club and has overseen a sustained period of financial mismanagement.

However, with a stronger off-frield unit- with the likes of Mark Bowen and Brian Carey coming into the club- and a more public profile around the club, supporters are warming to the property magnate once again.
Famously in 2019 he paid for free coach travel to all away fixtures in the North, an offer taken advatange of by many until the Covid-19 enforced break after Christmas.
