The owner of a tech and vape store in Reading town centre has applied to sell alcohol.

Hardeep Singh, from Top Choice Gadgets, wants to sell alcohol including beer, wine and spirits from his store in Market Place.

The drinks would be sold for consumption off the premises from 8am to 11pm Monday to Sunday.

While Mr Singh has applied for the sale of alcohol in these hours, the store is currently open from 11am to 7.30pm each day.

The small store opened recently, and currently sells gadget repairs, vapes and screen protectors for phones.
