Reading have revealed their new away shirt for the 2022/23 campaign, and it has picked up mixed reviews from supporters.
A Rose Quartz shade of pink, it also includes the much talked about 'climate lines' which are prominent on both the home and away kits.
In partnership with Reading University, each line represents the average temperature across 151 years in the town, showing how the climate has hotted up in the time since the club have been in existence.

Picking up lots of airtime when spotted on the sleeves of the home shirt, the striking pink has seen a mix of responses.
On Facebook, the likes of Lee Cross, Caroline Norcott and Anthtony Withers all messaged their support for the shirt, saying they love or like the new design.
James Busby commented that "the "climate change stripes" look better here than on the home shirt sleeves."
I will have to see it in person but based off the pictures so far it looks lovely. One of the best away kits.

There is a meaning behind it and they executed the design brilliantly.
Not keen on black shorts though.#ReadingFC https://t.co/DHZZuo2dzD
However, as with most things, where some were in support some are against.
Gill Hearne said "not for me" while Barry Johnson called it "horrible."
