Reading boss Paul Ince was full of praise for his match winner, and son, Tom Ince after Saturday's winning strike.
Linking up with Ovie Ejaria 25 yards away from goal, the midfielder smashed a ball past the helpless Ryan Allsop to turn the game on its head.
Callum O'Dowda had given the Bluebirds the lead but a Shane Long penalty ensured it was all square going into the second half.

Discussing his son's strike after the match, his pride in his son was clear to see.
"If you’re under 23 and want to watch one player as an example, it’s him," he stated. "With all his talent, his work ethic and what he does for the team, he’s an example to everyone. That’s not because he’s my son, he could be your son, it doesn’t bother me. For players to see what he does it is amazing, he’s an example to every one of us. He deserved his goal."
Returning to the topic later in the interview, he added: "He’s always wanted to be a footballer. I could show you videos of him when he was four or five having that desire to run up and down. It’s in the DNA and he’s got that. He's got that never give up attitude for the team. He doesn't like letting people down.

"He's got that quality, technically he's a very good player. He's a credit to me, I'm proud of him as my son. He's got to keep doing it because I'm tough on him. He knows the standards. It's a lesson to all the young kids to watch him in training everyday he trains his hardest. It was a phenomenal strike. He’s grounded. To bring someone up like that, I couldn’t be happier."
Returning Long, scoring his first goal for the club in 11 years, worked tirelessy for 80 minutes, despite Ince revealing he was not fully fit.
Speaking on the former Republic of Ireland international, he said: "I’m delighted with Shane. He’s not even 100 per cent fit yet so to do 80 minutes was amazing. He’s clever, he’s cute, you can tell he’s played in the Premier League the way he bumps defenders and his retention of the ball. I was over the moon with him.

"Let’s not make this the Shane Long story because it’s not. There's a togetherness, the fans are excited he's back after 11 year, but it’s the team I'm interested in. We showed spirit and togetherness to get three points and played some really good stuff."
