House prices in Reading have gone up by an average of more than £4,000 in the month of May, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in May 2022 average house prices in Reading reached £318,162.

This was up from £313,610 in April, representing over a 1.5 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 8.4 per cent.
