Stealing Apple electronics, keys and carrying a jammer device intended for theft has landed a 40-year-old Slough man with a suspended prison sentence.

Henry John Carter, of Bath Road, pleaded guilty at Staines Magistrates’ Court to two thefts from motor vehicles, one count of cannabis possession and one count of possessing a device intended for theft.

Despite his “poor criminal record” there is reasonable prospect of rehabilitation, according to the court record, and his 14 week prison sentence was suspended for 12 months on July 5.
