A READING man has been handed a huge fine after failing to possess a coronavirus testing package.

Ibraham Elabbas, of Underwood Road, arrived at Heathrow Airport on February 25, 2021, without the necessary Covid-19 equipment.

According to a court file, failing to provide a coronavirus testing package on arrival in England constituted a breach of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (England) Regulations 2020.
