Former Reading coach Bobby Wilkinson won Manager of the Season at the 2022 Football in Berkshire Awards.

Working under Brendan Rodgers and Brian McDermott at the Royals, Wilkinson has been a stalwart of Berkshire football- managing the likes of Hungerford Town and currently Bracknell Town.

Arriving in 2019, he guided the Robins to the Southern League Isthmian South-Central League championship last season and will play in the Premier Division South next campaign.

Speaking on the club's Twitter account, he said: "“I was delighted to be nominated for the Football in Berkshire manager of the season award but to win it is fantastic. This isn’t just for me though. This is for all the hard work put in by my chairman, players, staff and fans at the club.”
