Reading loanee Baba Rahman is set to make a decision on his future shortly after Ghana's penalty shoot-out win over Chile this morning.

Reports in the Ghanaian press claimed that the left-back would make a decision after today's match with the South American outfit in the Kirin Cup.

Still with two years left to run on his Chelsea contract, the defender has attracted interest from a host of clubs in the UK and aborad- although the popular full-back denies a move was ever on to giants Galatasaray.

A regular last season with the Royals, playing 29 times, it is understood that the club face competition from Championship rivals Middlesbrough for his signature.

Reading are currently without a recognised first-team left-back, with Tom McIntyre and Andy Yiadom both filling in at times last season.

Currently just nine players are signed on ahead of next season, but talks are beginning to reach their conclusions and stars such as Tom Holmes and Mamadi Camara are expected to commit their futures to the club in the next week.
