A woman from Reading has started a business she hopes with help other working parents like her.
After having two children, the commuter lifestyle no longer worked for Natalia Kalacova, so she launched a company which provides virtual assistance to businesses from the comfort of her home.
Through Alchemy VA, She offers administrative, practical marketing and flexible PA services to small, ‘people-centred’ businesses across Berkshire, to allow them to manage their work-life balance too.

“When you commute regularly, you miss the simple things like being able to pick your children up from school, and I no longer felt comfortable constantly missing out on those special moments.”

“I would like to work with local business owners who are like-minded working parents like myself. It’s a passion of mine to give them the support to be able to achieve the perfect work-life balance that I have so they can continue to spend quality time with their children.”
