The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Courts: 

May 4

CAMERON GRUBER, 18, of Mason Street, Reading, admitted possession of a knife, namely a folding pocket knife, and possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, in Reading on March 3, 2022. Conditional discharge for 24 months. Knife and cannabis forfeited and destroyed by police. Orderd to pay a £17 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs. 

May 6

JOHN ELLIS, 62, of Loddon Bridge Road, Woodley, Reading, admitted failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver suspected of committing an offence in Banbury, Oxfordshire on September 3, 2021. Fined £340 and made to pay £119 in court fees. Given six points on driving licence. 
RYAN-LEE BARRETT, 21, of Westerham Walk, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare at Reading on November 17, 2021. Fined £440, made to pay £3.20 in compensation, and ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 
DARIUS ELLIS, 42, of Belmont Road, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare at Slough on November 3, 2021. Fined £440, made to pay £10.20 in compensation, and ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 
RUWAYDA FARAH, 22, of Cippenham Lane, Slough, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare at Slough on November 1, 2021. Fined £440, made to pay £3.00 in compensation, and ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 
MICHAEL JONES, 30, of Kentwood Hill, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare and passing through a barrier in the incorrect manner at Reading on November 2, 2021. Fined £540, made to pay £2.90 in compensation, and ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 
CHRISTOPHER LAWDY, 46, of Mortimer Common, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare at Mortimer on November 9, 2021. Fined £440, made to pay £12.50 in compensation, and ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 
PATRINIK NITA, 25, of William Street, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare at Reading on November 2, 2021. Fined £440, made to pay £7.00 in compensation, and ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 
SHANE SMITH, 27, of Milley Road, Waltham St Lawrence, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare and using threatening language while upon the railway, at Reading on November 15, 2021. Fined £540, made to pay £4.10 in compensation, and ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 
BIANCA THOMAS, 28, of Baker Street, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare at Reading on October 10, 2021. Fined £440, made to pay £5.60 in compensation, and ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 
CHIAMAKA PRINCESS UDEH, 22, of Kings Road, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare at Reading on October 27, 2021. Fined £440, made to pay £35.60 in compensation, and ordered to pay £224 in court fees.
