A READING man could be banned from driving after going 35mph over the speed limit.
Masum Miah, of High Street, Goring, was caught out on Royal Albert Way in London on September 9, 2021.
The 40-year-old was travelling on this road at a time when a 40mph traffic restriction was in place.
But Miah was driving at 70 mph in his Land Rover on this day, meaning he breached the speed limit by 35mph.
The Goring man has been summed to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on June 4, 2022, for a hearing to discuss possible disqualification.
