The three bedroom property in Whitley Wood Lane, Reading was listed with a guide price of £190,000 but managed to be sold at auction for £263,000.
The home has off road parking for a number of vehicles and a sizeable rear garden.

Inside there are three large rooms, a kitchen and family bathroom.
On the first floor is a further room and access to loft space.

"On the day we had a good number of bidders that drove the price 73k beyond the guide price which proves the power of the auction. We are very pleased for our clients and proud of the service that we offer."
